Shaun Week will launch on June 12th, 2017 and WILL MAKE FITNESS HISTORY….
You won’t want to miss this 7-day intensive back-on-track Summer Fitness Attack— with Shaun T himself and 7 New Shaun T Workouts!
It’s a full week of cardio, intense strength conditioning, and core work that will make you focus in and dig deeper than you ever have before.

What is Shaun Week?
Shaun Week is a 7-day intensive full body boot camp developed by Shaun T to motivate you to focus like you’ve never focused before. And dig deeper than you ever thought possible.
7 workouts that are Insanity and Focus T-25-inspired, incorporating cardio, intense strength conditioning, abs/core, and lots and lots of sweat, each at 30 to 40 minutes in length.
Who’s it for?
Great for all fitness levels. Each workout also includes a modifier.

There will be 7 New Shaun T Workouts starting June 12th, 2017, and we’re calling it SHAUN WEEK.
It’s the week where you
GO INSANE, BUT KEEP YOUR FOCUS.
What does that mean?
It means that you’ve got to give it ALL and leave nothing behind, but it also means that you need to be intentional. It’s not about just pressing through the workout all willy-nilly, instead, you need to Focus on the form and function of each exercise so you can get the most out of it (even if that means slowing down some).
Here’s how it works:
On June 12th, he will release the first new Shaun T Workout, then each day thereafter for the full 7 days of the week, a new workout is released.
This is done exclusively on the Platform we affectionately call The Netflix of Fitness!
Shaun T has also noted that there will be modifications to the workout, one in particular is that if you don’t want to go to the floor you don’t have to, you can use a chair and modify.

Think of Shaun Week as a Greatest Hit compilation- but with all new materials!
Oh- and YES- There will be weight training in these programs too!

But don’t think that it stops after 7 days,
Shaun T promises that this will continue and there is a lot more in store.
It will evolve into a 30 day Hybrid program that you can apply as a full program!
